Activity DescriptionIntroduce students to a scientific method that also applies to business, examines connections between business and science
- Students recognize operation of business and science (e.g. value propositions, funding mechanisms)
- Students identify elements of a value proposition (scientific and business)
- Students apply these elements to problem of interest
2–3 class periods (120-180 minutes)
1st year students, no prior scientific or technical experience needed
